In advance of World Radio Day, we invite WUWU listeners to come together to meet and greet at the Mayfair Burger Bar.
Proclaimed in 2011 by UNESCO Member States and adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2012, World Radio Day (WRD) is celebrated every February 13. It is a Day to thank broadcasters for the news they deliver, the voices they amplify and the stories they share. Come out and meet some of our local programmers and share your programming ideas with us.
