Bossa Brasil

Bossa Brasil presents a weekly showcase of the wide and infectious varieties of A musica do Brasil, from Samba and Choro to MPB, Forro, Frevo, Jazz, Soul Samba, experimental and more, including the occasional historic example from the Age of Radio (1930s-1950s), up to the newest just-released. Covers the Lusophonic soundscape including Cape Verde, Mozambique, Angola and occassional tributes from Brasilophiles on every continent; whether the music is directly or indirectly from Brazil, its soul will always reflect that spirit. All shows are Evergreen, produced with special attention to smooth noninterruptive flow. Opens and closes with Brazilian birds as a signature.
